Led by Head Chef James Wilson—formerly of The Newt in Somerset—the team at Moda crafts exceptional tasting and à la carte menus, delivering a fine dining experience that is both refined and approachable, and rarely found in the Cotswolds.
Drawing on training with some of Scandinavia and the UK’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs, James creates dishes that celebrate the best of British cuisine, allowing each ingredient to shine through a balance of simplicity and artistry.
